“I am honored to come along side you in your emotional wellness journey. My specialties include therapy and coaching in the following: relationships, trauma, attachment, couples, parenting, developing emotionally healthy leaders, clinical supervision, and executive life coaching. I facilitate intensive weekend workshops where individuals experience lasting inner healing in a short amount of time and fully understand how their past is impacting their present. I have received extensive training and education as a health coach and enneagram consultant.”

“On a personal note, I have been married for 30 years and have three adult sons and a daughter-in-law. My family is of the utmost importance to me, and I value the lessons I have learned through both my successes and failures in marriage and parenting. My interests include faith and spirituality, fitness and sports, music and the arts, travel, and calculated adventure! I especially enjoy sharing good times, good “foodie” cuisine, and laughter with family and friends.”
