Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
License E.1800533

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Ohio.

ADULTS AND TEENS:  I have professional experience working with adults, teens, and couples on a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, complicated grief, relationship issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety.

POST-PARTUM DEPRESSION & ANXIETY:  I have a special interest in caring for women in their prenatal and postnatal adjustment periods. I enjoy helping women navigate through those rewarding and challenging transitions. It can be beneficial for women to establish a relationship with a counselor during pregnancy. It is a passion of mine to follow women in their journey from pregnancy to parenthood.

COLLEGE STUDENTS & ATHELETS:  Another special interest of mine is working with student athletes. I have training in college behavioral health and have worked with young adult student athletes, helping them balance their athletic, academic and personal lives.

Personally, I am married and a mother of three young children. I am a lifelong competitive athlete.
